PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. To collect your bike, you must show us your ID or license.
2. Save my number 082 388 2287 on your phone as a contact. I will be sending out WhatsApp messages with important info.
3. Please hand in your bike as soon as possible after the race.
4. Please note that we do not have any insurance on the bikes; please insure your bike properly and inform your insurance company about the transport of your bike.

We have an unique “roll in roll out” system and it is not necessary to take apart your bicycle.
At Bicycle Transport we realize the value and costs associated with bicycles, and we guarantee that we will take care of your bike as if it were our own.

Drop off points

Before you book, please make sure that you take notice of the drop off times and dates in Gauteng, the collection times in Cape Town and most important, the collection times and dates in Gauteng after the race. You must collect your own bike with positive identification.

Bikes must please be handed in directly to me. Please do NOT drop your bike at the shop.

Boksburg: Cycle Lab Boksburg. Saturday 2 March  from 09h00 to 11h00

Fourways: Cycle Lab Fourways. Sunday 3 March from 10h00 to 13h00.

Pretoria: Six Fountains Lifestyle Centre Monday 4 March from 09h00 to 14h00

Vanderbijlpark: Metro Cycles. Your bike must be dropped at the shop on Monday morning

Bloemfontein. TBA, will be on Tuesday 5 March late afternoon.

Pick up times in Cape Town: Long Haul Park. (The Long Haul Bike Park will be in the P4 parking
area, just off Vlei road – the same location as 2024)

Thursday between 09h00 and 11h00 and 15h00 and 17h00
Friday between 09h00 and 17h00
Saturday between 09h00 and 17h00
Sunday  from 06h00.

Please hand in your bike directly after the race. We are leaving cape Town Monday morning at 5am

NB!!! Bicycles can only be collected back in Gauteng at one of the following locations:

Boksburg: Cycle Lab Boksburg, Wednesday 13 March 2023 from 09h00 to 10h00.
Fourways: Fourways. Wednesday 13 March 2023 from 14h00 to 16h00.
Pretoria: Six Fountains Lifestyle Centre Thursday 14 March 2023 from 08h00  to 10h00.
